Your path to responsible food begins here.

Your family deserves the best food obtainable. But what does best mean? Vegetables and herbs grown organically without pesticides, hormones, antibiotics or genetic modification. Raised in harmony with the seasons and handled with a commitment to quality. Also, a food source that is accountable. Locally grown to maximize freshness and minimize carbon footprint. Produced in soil that is continuously healed through sustainable farming practices. A farm that you’re connected to – that you can visit – that feels like family. A spiritual connection between food, family, community and faith. Responsible food.

A personal note from your farmers ...

We've been asked by many people why we created an organic CSA vegetable farm. It's complicated. Today's food sources are largely problematic in a number of ways. The consquences of this are enormous, affecting our health and our planet. As a result, we felt it was important to take our lives down this road.

2012 Partnership with The Ark of Chicago ...

In 2010, Primrose Valley Farm and The Ark of Chicago came together in a relationship that played an important role for families undergoing economic stress in the Chicago area. In 2012, that relationship will continue as the Farm provides The Ark's food pantry with up to 1,000 lbs of organic produce each week during the growing season for distribution to these families.
